Why are Xiaomi (Mi) phones so special? Behind the rush

Friends you must have come across the news about Redmi phones regarding its availability on online. Before you order the phone it just sold out in few seconds. What's special in Redmi or is there any strategy behind the story?

The Rush
You can get the idea of how difficult is to order a Mi phone if it sold out in just few seconds. Let's take Mi 4a when I ordered Mi 4a in the first sell it was not too tough but after this people come to know about this mobile and the demand suddenly increased. The fact in the phone is it is available in very low price just rs 5999. And you are getting a 16GB ROM, a 1GB RAM,  a 13MP camera and much. This is not about a particular product its all product are value for money.

Strategy
Company's every product trends on social media by telling specs and features to users and that's the marketing strategy. Unlike Oppo and Vivo they don't spend much on branding through TV ads or looking for a star to campaign.  If you look at specs and feature of their product you can't be upset at all even if you are hater of this company.

Why is it value for money?
People also wonder how MIi is providing such good products at this reasonable price. The answer is in the strategy of the company they don't spend ads or hire any star, they don't spend on RnD (research and development). The cost of marketing is not included in Mi phones and helps them to keep the price lower. Go to market and what you see is large very large posters Oppo, Vivo, Gionee. These companies have set their phones price quite higher just because of spending large amount on ads and marketing. You also tired of watching ads like selfie expert, selfistan and camera phones, this has become the lyrics nowadays. How can it be fix to only camera? Smartphone is not only about camera, off course good camera is necessary. But not all their phones are camera based, some of their products are good also.
